The Senior Manager, Social Impact Measurement & Insights role focuses on the business, social and reputational impact of Johnson & Johnson's social impact portfolio at the Enterprise level, delivering on the insights, measurement, and evaluation needs that align to the strategy of the Global Health Equity organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Global Health Equity organization to ensure integration of actionable data and insights to impact positive program outcomes, stakeholder engagement strategies, and drive desired reputational and business outcomes
- Lead custom research and leverage existing insights to shape J&J's internal and external narratives around social impact and the GHE organization and its portfolio to develop and optimize stakeholder engagement strategies to improve reputational and business impact
- Integrate into GHE working teams, such as the US + Global Healthcare Workforce Strategy, Nursing, and ORTHE teams as a key cross-functional partner to contribute to strategy development and support their critical workstreams around program development, portfolio optimization and positioning, communication optimization, and impact measurement
- Build continued subject matter expertise by creating strategy and future state vision of Social Impact Measurement to align to the strategy and aspirations of the GHE organization, including development of near- and long-term impact targeting and measurement approaches, as well as development, socialization, and operationalization of an over-arching GHE measurement framework
- Play a leadership role in a broader GHE "community of practice" to strengthen relationships, find opportunities for harmonization, and level-up social impact measurement approaches, reporting, and accessibility
- Act in a strategic consulting capacity with program managers and grantees on upstream metric development and decision-making on whether program design will have anticipated impact in future reporting
- Lead all program-level reputational tracking efforts across the GHE portfolio
- Lead all external reporting (including validation and audit procedures) for GHE's contribution to the annual Enterprise-wide Health for Humanity report
- Provide management support and oversight for GHE's contributions to other external strategic reporting efforts, including biennial ATMI report
- Provide mentor and development opportunities to direct report to broaden her exposure to and use of innovative approaches and methodologies
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in social impact, marketing and/or business analytics, market research or related field, working on major brands and brand insights
- Ability to independently lead qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think analytically to understand complex and/or ambiguous challenges and communicate solutions clearly and concisely
- Ability to work well with others, adept at collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Power BI
Salary:
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 118000 to 203550.
Bonus:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
