The Senior Manager, Energy/EndoMechanical Platform Lead, is part of the Key Account Management team reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Customer Programs. In this role, you are accountable for translating platform strategies into actionable contract solutions and working effectively with multiple business partners, including US Marketing, Field Sales, Offer Development, HEMA, HCC, Finance, and more. The Platform Lead will communicate pricing and contracting programs and help the Key Account Management team respond to National Customer RFP's by crafting tools that are simple and easy to use. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide JJMT Executive Leadership Team customer and platform market trends and data-based insights to help position the platform to achieve annual business plan targets for priority focus new products and base business.
  • Represent platform value at a national customer-facing level, ensuring launch excellence and IDN/GPO NPI contract access, enabling account planning, and driving adoption and sales of our JJMT portfolio.
  • Share best practices, insights, voice-of-customer (VOC), and lessons learned from the Account Management Team and Health System Customers to Commercial Teams to drive the creation of U.S. commercial contracting, pricing, and global pipeline strategy
  • Serve as an Energy and Endomechanical platform ambassador to JJMT Surgery Key Account Management team's key customers while also serving as an ambassador and strategy consultant into Commercial Organization.
  • Partner with Franchise and Global Marketing to develop and continually improve the EN/EM Platform Value Proposition for U.S. Health System customers (non-clinical focus)
  • Collaborate with Business Unit & Enterprise value-based program leads and Global Education Solutions (GES) Team to bring EN/EM related solutions and offers to market by supporting asset creation and integration into Regional Marketing, Customer Management & Field Sales Organization (FSO) to further differentiate the total value of what partnering with JJMT Surgery represents to health systems.

Skills Required:

  • Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, including industry trends, customer dynamics, legal and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Contracting and/or Professional Education.
  • Experience working with or in health systems and deep understanding of health systems needs and challenges.
  • Critical thinking skills (problem solving skills) with past success in customer facing roles working with physicians and health system administration.
  • Accomplished marketer with proficiencies in value proposition development, brand marketing, customer segmentation, impact modeling, analytics, marketing communications, etc.
  • Understanding a variety of business models and monetization strategies.
  • Contracting experience with products and platforms, including pricing strategy, with the illustrated ability to think broadly and strategically beyond individual platforms.
  • Experience influencing across multiple cross-functional partners with an enterprise mentality.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Ability to handle constructive conflict.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience (Sales/Marketing).
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing or sales experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years of healthcare experience with shown success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across the organization.
  • Leadership, strong communication, relationship development, collaboration, project management, and organizational influence skills.
  • Location: This position is remote-based and may require up to 30% travel.

Preferred:

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Experience developing brand strategy and positions.
  • Experience preparing strategic briefs and resolving implementation issues.
  • Shown knowledge of brand marketing, customer segmentation, and contracting.
  • Experience in customer selling and interaction.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $ 203,550.

The anticipated base pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $136,000 to $234,140.
