If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Strategic Business Solutions Group is looking for a Senior Manager of Multimedia Solutions. In this role, you will primarily support the field sales organizations and marketing teams across all J&J Innovative Medicine therapeutic areas. You will be responsible for customer project deliverables and supporting large groups and live stream meetings. Additionally, this role requires significant vendor management and acting as an ambassador for Multimedia Solutions.

Key competencies of the position include collaboration with internal customers and partners across the business to drive adoption of new solutions that address evolving customer needs and deliver value to the business. Leading without authority, specifically accountability with your vendor resources and AORs adherence to the Janssen Production Playbook. Additionally, ability to customize and present value proposition of the department to a variety of partners and internal customers across the business. Finally, it will be important for you to actively engage, challenge, and inspire others, while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a driver of key results, this role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple vendors, domestic and global, to hold them accountable for fulfilling their Service Level Agreement while ensuring they are maximizing productivity and efficiencies for J&J.
  • Ensure scalable models are appropriately used, so Multimedia Solutions can manage the ebbs and flows of workload volume. Participate in planning for a growth model.
  • Ability to increase awareness around Multimedia Solutions services including but not limited to delivering capability presentations and updating the MS website.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners such as IT, Finance, Sales Analytics, and Regulatory/Legal approval process owners. Collaborations will include sharing standard processes, identifying requirements, successful partnering on key deliverables, and concepting around increased efficiency and speed to delivery.
  • Provide counsel to the sales and marketing organizations as to most efficient and cost-effective production methodologies. Stay up to date with the latest multimedia design trends, technologies, and standard processes, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance and simplify our multimedia content to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Regularly measuring customer approval of services including gathering "voice of customer" feedback.
  • Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and legal training by all vendor contractors.
  • The position also completes additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership and as the need arises.


Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry
  • At least 5 years of Multimedia/Digital production experience
  • At least 5 years of vendor management experience
  • Collaboration and communication required with all levels of field and internal management to understand business needs and strategically deploy solutions to align to business priorities.
  • Capable of making effective management level presentations dealing with business implications and preparing project plans while understanding key activities and dependencies
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Digital Asset Management Tools and Modular and Dynamic multimedia production delivery processes
  • Managing Global Resources
  • Project management experience
  • Six Sigma certification
  • People management experience
  • Ability to establish a culture passionate about speed, accountability, and continuous improvement while building employee-centric repeatable, and sustainable processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
