Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sr Director, MedTech Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality Communications and Public Affairs, this role will lead the management and execution of our MedTech quality-related communications. This will include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of quality-related communication messaging and materials to help protect and enhance company reputation.
  • Collaborate with teams from different businesses, regions, and functions to elevate our quality story and effectively convey important information to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely and support our MedTech Chief Quality Officer on strategic speaking engagements and external communications.
  • Work with global Quality and Communications leaders for day-to-day management and coordination related to quality-related opportunities, issues, milestones, and audits.
  • Ensure consistency in communications approach across MedTech and maintain knowledge of all quality communications.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for quality issues and advancements as well as potential risk and policy actions.
  • Compete in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of all communication materials.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in a communications or public relations role, preferably in the healthcare or MedTech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for different audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the MedTech landscape and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling communications.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and positive change in the healthcare industry.

Salary:

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 118000 to 203550.

Bonus:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
