Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Global Hip Marketing to join our team located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Warsaw, IN, or Remote.
The Senior Manager, Global Hip Marketing, will assess the needs of the Hip Revision market, develop new strategies and execute projects that help bring to market technologies to treat more patients with the JNJ MedTech Orthopaedics portfolio of products. The successful candidate will push new boundaries in Hip Revision through the delivery of transformational technologies and will continually connect with industry leaders and visionary people and companies who are striving to combine Orthopaedics and Digital Services. This position is responsible for the Global downstream marketing of the Hip Revision product portfolio and will report to the Director of Global Hip Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Close collaboration with Business Development, External Innovation and Product Development, and outside partners to assess the global market insights, product concepts. marketplace dynamics, etc., to ensure that the stakeholders' voices are brought to the broader team.
• Act as a key liaison between R&D, Sales, Finance, Regional markets, and key customers in identifying emerging, unmet surgical needs; evaluating options; providing guidance and insight to financial models; and providing direction for global growth opportunities.
• Develop pricing guidelines within Digital and Implant projects to maximize platform profitability, managing targets for projects, achieving market share goals, and delivering projects within a designated budget and timeline while ensuring that all regions are informed and aligned with global product development projects.
• Deliver programs and initiatives ensuring applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership, experience, and insights in product stage gate meetings; providing leadership and insights to global asset deployment decision making and supporting product development processes.
• Engage closely with regional marketing teams to identify and evaluate new Hip arthritis technologies, treatments and surgical interventions for potential licensing, acquisition, and/or distribution.
• Contribute standard and occasionally complex ROI models and business justifications for organizational investments in new products.
• Direct team members in managing base business for sustainability and growth; bringing specific products services, programs, and solutions to effectively meet the needs of the patient, physician, provider, payer and, policy maker and address the triple aim.
• Work within Senior Leadership teams to deliver on and support projects maintaining current business through leadership during constrained supply chain deliver and product process management.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. • Please use the following language:

Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred.
• A minimum of eight years of Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing and/or Branding/Marketing experience is required, with some previous sales experience.
• Ability to handle complex development with external partners, including surgeon designers and third-party supply companies and possible L&A targets, highly preferred.
• Legal, compliance, quality, and regulatory partnership experience highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in launching new products, services and programs to the healthcare community is required via internal R&D.
• Experience & competency in using consumer insights and analytics to develop Brand Strategy, Marketing Plans and translating these into consistent execution plans is required.
• Business and financial acumen, strategic planning, business case development, pipeline preparation, launch excellence and marketing communications is required.
• Experience in the medical device industry is required.
• Orthopedic and global experience is preferred. Experience in joint reconstruction / hip revision preferred.
