About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Program Delivery and Impact Lead, the Senior Manager, Global Health Equity Impact plays a critical role in designing GHE's impact architecture as well as implementation of processes across the team to ensure high quality data and decision making.

The successful candidate will have expertise in public health measurement and evaluation, and expertise in translating in a practical way to accelerate business goals beyond academic settings. This person is a strong project manager, highly analytical, measurement and data-driven, and is a strong communicator across global cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Impact Measurement External Agency Relationship Management: Lead relationship manager for third party vendors, contractors, or internal services to support impact strategy, measurement and development.
  • Project Management: Support Senior Director, Global Program Delivery & Impact Lead and Regional Leaders in operationalizing Global Health Equity strategy and business priorities. Develop workplans and drive timely execution of high quality deliverables.
  • Integration: Provide cross-functional, proactive collaboration and connection with GHE Functions including GHE Strategy & Program team, GHE Strategy & Operations teams, GCA Insights Team, and others to ensure consistent adherence to impact approach, collecting on the ground, data. Drive real-time acceleration of insights and monitoring progress through dashboards, and recommend changes and workarounds if needed.
  • Stay up to date on external environment, new trends, and insights to enhance the success of J&J GHE's impact approach, measurement framework and platforms.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years experience within social impact, health equity, corporate philanthropy, and/or non-profit
  • Knowledge of Public Health, healthcare systems, and/or the medical field
  • Process Discipline: Experience supporting design, development, and implementation of end-to-end processes with innate desire to solve problems and generate solutions
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Demonstrated initiative, ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perseverance, Passion, and Enthusiasm: Bias for action, drive to succeed, capability to work through ambiguity, maintain focus and conviction on objectives, motivate others to deliver as needed
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts across internal functions to ensure delivery and execution with understanding and respect for effective ways of working across various cultures and teams. Knowledge of teamwork and relationship building skills to influence and collaborate across multiple levels, cultures, and functions across international markets
  • Ability to travel ~20% domestic and international

Salary

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550 USD

Bonus

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
