The candidate will be expected to report to Jacksonville, FL office on a hybrid schedule. This position will report into the Director, Global Brand Protection, North America.

The Senior Manager, Global Brand Protection will have the unique opportunity to play a critical role in protecting patients and safeguarding the industry-leading reputation of Johnson & Johnson's Vision Care products. You will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing solutions to proactively protect patients, customers, Johnson & Johnson's business, and the equity of its brands from counterfeiting, illegal diversion, and tampering. By ensuring that genuine products reach customers, health care professionals, and patients through authorized channels, you will contribute to the safety of our patients and the flawless delivery of world-class healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Safe & Secure Supply Chain Best Practices
• Assess vulnerabilities within the supply chain
• Identify solutions to mitigate risks Business Partner Engagement
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional and regional partners
• Work closely with partners such as Commercial, Quality, Legal, Trade, Product Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance Technology Solutions
• Provide support to the Global Brand Protection Technology group
• Coordinate the implementation of capabilities and solutions
• Focus areas include product protection, market monitoring, and data & analytics Incident Management
• Contribute expertise to Quality-led cross-functional Incident Management Teams
• Follow the Global Brand Protection Product Security Investigation and Enforcement (PSI&E) process
• Analyze and prioritize incident data to identify actions to mitigate risk
• Record the financial impact of illicit trade and projected revenue recovered from countermeasures Awareness and Education
• Communicate risks and mitigating measures internally and externally
• Foster knowledge dissemination among internal associates and external trading partners and customers External Engagement
• Participate as a subject matter expert on workgroups with industry representative organizations to amplify the impact of measures designed to disrupt illicit trade
Qualifications
Education:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and Skills Required:
• 8-10 years of related experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, or Commercial roles
• Strong business partnering and communications abilities
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Experience in working in an unstructured, matrixed, and fast-paced multicultural environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple functions
• Experience in managing and leading people/teams to achieve objectives
• Strong bias for results and solutions
• Ability to influence senior leaders and line management without formal authority
• Attentive to details while maintaining a broader perspective
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Medical Device or Pharmaceutical experience
• Prior brand protection/product security experience
• Project management skills (e.g., FPX or other certifications)
• Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions to business problems
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive situations, based on limited data and information
