We Are Looking For
Join Johnson & Johnson MedTech as a Product Value Stream Leader for HIPS. We are seeking a dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global supply chain operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Joint Reconstruction Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain execution of our Hips business, driving contemporary best practices in manufacturing and supply chain techniques on a global scale. You will be instrumental in integrating acquired entities into our established framework, ensuring seamless operations and innovation.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who possesses a blend of strategic vision and a hands-on approach to manufacturing and supply chain management. As a key member of the Joints Supply Chain Leadership Team and the Hips Platform Leadership Team, you will have extensive interaction with the Commercial Hip Platform Team, Hip R&D, and Joint Supply Chain cross-functional leadership, fostering collaboration to support our ambitious goals.
You will implement innovative supply chain strategies that ensure reliability, profitability, and growth for our Orthopaedic business unit. Bring your practical and intellectual understanding of the global Medical Device industry and help us drive excellence in our operations while delivering value to our customers and patients worldwide.

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or supply chain disciplines
• 15+ years in positions of increasing responsibility managing large, multi-site, global organizations,
• 5+ years in people leadership positions
• Extensive experience in value stream management and process ownership
• Experience with the global demands of the role specifically: multi-cultural / multi country locations
• Experience with global and local labor laws, healthcare regulatory requirements, tax law, and logistics
• Proven history leading cross-functional teams to align business capabilities with strategic supply chain goals.
• Deep understanding of Value Stream Management (VSM) methodologies and frameworks
• Expertise in business capabilities management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and strategic alignment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience in driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Direct NPI and IDP management or development
• 25 percent travel domestic and internationally
Preferred
• Master's degree or MBA
• Graduate degree/studies in science, business, engineering, finance or organizational management or equivalent experience
• Direct experience in multiple Medical Devices and Diagnostics
• Operations competencies inclusive of product innovation, planning, customer & logistics services, and manufacturing
• Direct end-to-end supply chain responsibility in current or previous roles
