The leader will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will be responsible for data strategy, data governance, data transformation, data integration, and data operations.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities
1. Data & Information Strategy: In partnership with the Data and AI Leader, set the strategy for utilizing data to implement new products and transform current offerings. Determine innovative ways to use data in strategic decisions to meet current business needs. Collaborate with MedTech Supply Chain Digital leaders to assess and influence opportunities for embedding data-driven decision-making into new and existing initiatives. Communicate the value of using data-driven decision-making processes for future business planning and operations and share out insights to identify areas of opportunity and emphasis for MedTech Supply Chain Digital.
2. Data Governance: Lead the development of standards and leading practices around data governance for in-flight transformations and existing products. Refresh data governance policies and procedures to reflect updates as MedTech Supply Chain Digital data strategy progresses.
3. Data Integration: Partner with technology stakeholders to connect applications related to MedTech Supply Chain Digital and ensure data integration across necessary platforms. Socialize data capabilities to technology stakeholders to find opportunities for improved data integration and collaboration.
4. Data Operations & Master Data Management: Lead data management and operations across MedTech Supply Chain Digital. Drive team analysis of data operations and data management across MedTech Supply Chain Digital, identify areas of improvement, and work with MedTech Supply Chain Digital Strategic Planning and Program Management team to invest time and resources in improvements to create business value. Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored master data management solutions for individual initiatives within the MedTech Supply Chain Digital technology portfolio and the broader master data management strategy for across MedTech Supply Chain Digital.
5. 6. Business Resource Management & External Partners: Ensure appropriate subject matter experts are engaged and dedicated to data management as needed. Partner closely with Strategic Planning and Program Operations, Digital Strategy and Innovation, Transformation, Solutions Management and Continuous Improvement leaders to identify required resources and de-prioritize conflicts where they arise. Has dotted line responsibility for Data and AI services. Manage the relationship with external partners and SMEs relevant for data initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Supply Chain, Commercial, or large data management programs
• 7+ years of complex global data management leadership experience
• Proven experience leading data management initiatives
• 10+ years of people management/direct report experience
• Ability to translate data insights into a language used by executives, IT stakeholders, and supply chain professionals
• Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and other stakeholders to influence and move toward a common vision
• Strong knowledge across a breadth of technology and data management skillsets
• Demonstrated, hands-on data management experience
• Demonstrated experience and ability to collaborate effectively in managing large-scale projects in a matrix format
• Proven ability to collaborate across franchises, business sectors, and disciplines
• Ability to work effectively, autonomously, and drive alignment in a global environment through strong communication and empowerment, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• This position will involve up to 25% travel
Preferred
• Advanced degree or MBA
• An advanced degree in topics such as Data/Information Science
• Thorough understanding of data management strategic planning processes, delivery methodologies, and tools
• Experience in resource management in accordance with project design and needs
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Devices, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations
• Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., CDMP, MDM)
• Strong customer focus (internal & external) and experience managing professionals from multiple disciplines

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $193000 to $333500.
