We Are Looking For
This inspiring leadership opportunity invites you to take charge of the end-to-end Supply Chain for the Aesthetics & Reconstruction platform, where your strategic vision will shape the future of operations. As a key member of the A&R Leadership team and reporting directly to the Vice President of CSS E2E Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy that aligns with business goals.
You will not only influence core operations but also join the Aesthetics & Reconstruction Board and work under the dynamic leadership of the A&R President. Your leadership will span across critical functions such as Planning, Manufacturing, and Product Management, while also engaging with non-direct support functions like Procurement and Quality Assurance.
In this role, you will be accountable for the performance of the end-to-end supply chain, overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities and guiding a diverse team. You will collaborate with various suppliers and play a crucial role in leading innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring excellence in supply chain management. Key Objectives and Responsibilities
1. Drive strategic, tactical, and operational responses to commercial needs as part of the A&R platform leadership team.
2. Provide supply chain leadership and represent CSS Supply Chain within the A&R platform leadership team.
3. Build an integrated A&R Supply Chain strategy with oversight of all supply chain functions, including Planning and Product Management.
4. Develop and implement an end-to-end supply chain model aligned with market trends and customer needs.
5. Manage the A&R supply chain dashboard and oversee KPI results.
6. Ensure successful execution of new product launches and integration of manufacturing plants.
7. Oversee the supply chain budget and manage investments and technological advancements to ensure reliability of supply.
8. Collaborate with Quality organizations to implement quality and reliability strategies.
9. Work closely with the R&D team to support successful product launches and drive Design-to-Value initiatives.
10. Anticipate risks and establish contingency plans to manage product opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
11. Foster an environment of innovation and continuous process improvement.
12. Secure funding for product launches and lifecycle projects through effective financial processes.
13. Develop and implement a talent management strategy to build supply chain capabilities while nurturing an engaging culture.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 15+ years' experience in global or regional leadership supply chain positions across multiple fields.
• Minimum 10 years people leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building high performing organizations and people leadership skills in a global environment (coaching, people development, strategic workforce planning).
• Broad E2E Supply Chain experience (e.g., Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain Management, Technical Service Support, New Product Introduction, Strategy) in relevant industries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible hours to accommodate US, EMEA, and APAC work schedules.
• This role requires up to 30% travel.
Preferred
• MBA, Masters, or graduate degree.
• In-depth knowledge of product life cycle optimization and a consistent track record in launching new products in a complex global environment.
• A deep understanding of supply chain capabilities including cost of services.
• Deep expertise in Product & Process Development.
• Strong business insight including financial processes, business case development, P&L calculation, and Cost-of-Goods-Sold (COGS).
• Demonstrated global leadership across global/regional teams (coaching, people development, strategic workforce planning, etc.).
• Experience in complex packaging design solutions
• Technical expertise in complex polymers
