The Brand Operations Senior Specialist will be responsible for strategic and program management support to the Brand Operations Team as well as act as the digital asset management librarian supporting the Johnson & Johnson brand center.

The specialist will partner closely with the Brand Operations colleagues, the sector brand leads and the enterprise brand center lead to ensure the J&J brand is implemented in a compliant manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage internal/external access to the organization's content allocating permissions and special requests to approved users

• Manage asset intake, review, maintenance and archiving for the enterprise brand center

• Maintain records of licenses, releases and expiration dates of all digital assets

• Create and assign appropriate metadata and taxonomy to digital content assets based on approved guidelines. Maintain relevant naming conventions, metadata and content rights information.

• Maintain the brand center content and make content revisions and updates

• Act as an administrator for the brand review portal to support the brand governance process

• Manage brand center feedback/support inquiries. Provide strategic support by answering queries from the brand mailbox

• Lead PMO support for Brand Operations group including metrics reporting to leadership as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Digital asset management for six years working with large corporate companies

• Strong knowledge of Frontify DAM system, metadata standards, databases, and rights management

• Strong knowledge and experience with asset taxonomy

• Familiarity with data governance principles

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience in UI/UX design

• Experience in Airtable and Figma

For candidates based in the United States, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000- $121,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
