The role will require working with Global teams in various time zones but will have a more concentrated focus in LATAM and North America regions.

As the Sr. Analyst - Payroll Process, you will help lead the implementation of new global Payroll and Time and Attendance processes and facilitate system and process requirements workshops and promote process excellence during the transition from a country-based model to a Global Process Model. This position is considered a 'subject matter expert' in Payroll Business Process management, equipped with the tools and methodology to successfully define, oversee and implement the regional countries to the new Global Payroll Model. As a senior-level contributor, you are expected to work with cross-functional business leaders to drive to the new way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a lead point of contact between the Global Process Team and the Country Payroll teams to develop and implement Global Payroll Processes and transition to the Global Payroll Technologies
  • Facilitate system and process requirements workshops and deliver the required documentation to successfully lead the teams to transition to the new working model and identify, define and deploy local requirements as required.
  • Lead in a cross highly matrixed environment. Respond to local requirements and connect the dots and engage appropriate partners in order drive process effectiveness, harmonization, optimization and standardization.
  • Execute stakeholder engagement with business partners fine tune handoffs between Payroll, HR workstreams and Contact Centers in a 3-tier model.
  • Work independently to oversee multiple projects with the goal of improving performance, quality, cycle-time, and cost
  • Work closely with Compliance to ensure adherence of Payroll processes to Corporate Internal Audit and Compliance requirements with respect to User Access, Audits, Reconciliations, SOX controls, Key controls, Operational controls.
  • Partners with Payroll and T&A Product Owners, HR/Finance functions, and third party vendors to devise/design robust, compliant, and sustainable harmonized and standardized processes that meet the Consumer Separation Program Objectives
  • Provides payroll disposition on stranded work and gains alignment from affected parties
  • Provides documentation standards for process maps, SOPs, DTPs/WIs, job aids and other supporting documents
  • Is accountable for completeness and accuracy of global process maps, global DTPs/WIs, global SOPs
  • Partners with training team to review agent/EE/mgr training content
  • Partners with GCS team to publish Knowledge Articles, update content on the portal
  • Collaborates with Org Enablement team to review Service Rehearsal Testing Scenarios
  • Measures process effectiveness and efficiency metrics before and after deployment. Partners with JJT on measurement of before/after UI/UX improvements
  • Seeks to optimize processes by leveraging new technologies and implementing automation.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a Payroll operations or Payroll process role is required
  • Process experience delivering large scale/global projects from concept through delivery and operations
  • Experience working with senior leaders, interacting across multiple levels of organization & working with distributed teams
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills. The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven is required
  • Experience & Ability to take initiative (self-motivated) and work independently, delegate when necessary, build positive interdependent partnerships with diverse functions and foster collaborations between peers
  • Skilled in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and similar products
  • The position is located in Tampa, FL and requires working with Global teams in NA, EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC time zones and approximately up to 25% travel may be required (domestic and/or international)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/Payroll Process Optimization, Process Mapping, analysis and documentation
  • Time and Attendance knowledge/experience
  • Proficient application and understanding of SOX controls
