The E2E Planning Senior Analyst will support the team by assisting with analytical work and ensuring processes run accurately and on time. This function is accountable for consistent data accuracy and flawless process execution. In addition, this role will provide brand support through data analytics, project work, or other key results. You will be required to collaborate with a broad range of IMSC colleagues in groups like Global Planning, Inventory Management, Customer Management, Demand Management, Finance, and others depending on the projects involved.
This function offers excellent growth opportunities within the PLAN organization and provides a broad scope in a global organization with an end-to-end perspective of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the End-to-End Product Planning leaders with planning process, scenarios, analyses, and decision support
- Improve E2E Supply Chain Processes across sites in collaboration with the end-to-end planning leaders and associated business partners
- Analyze supply chain configuration by ensuring data consistency, model understanding and support, and recommend areas for improvement
- Support Master data & configuration of product portfolio
- Support planning process, working with E2E planning models and E2E planning systems (i.e., OMP)
- Build and improve analytical tools and processes
- Assist issue management processes by analyzing the end-to-end situation and performing scenario planning, while collaborating with partners
- Support continuous improvement activities related to the processes used by the E2E team
- Provide other brand support as needed - for example, projects and data analysis
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree required; advanced degree preferred
- APICS CPIM certification preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated Supply Chain experience
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational and global boundaries through influence, partnership, and collaboration/communication across teams cross-functionally to achieve process and performance excellence
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- SAP and/or OMP Advanced Planning Systems experience
- Ability to proactively manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and work in across teams where priorities change rapidly and require delivering results against tight time constraints
Preferred:
- Experience with one or more of the following processes: master production schedule planning, inventory management, supply network planning, and/or scenario analysis
- Experience with analytical reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Industry experience in Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical
Other:
- Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
- May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel
- Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 USD to $147,200 USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
