POSITION SUMMARY
Sales Support Liaison to Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) for area/region level support: open order management, and comprehensive deal & contract preparation submissions (Tier 4 customer focus).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate AVP/RSM contracting support as a liaison: step tool preparation, deal desk liaison, T4 contract support, tracking and management of contract expirations & extensions, quote request preparation and credit and rebill management.
- Provide open order management support to include PO capture, closing aged/duplicate orders, facilitate preparation and tracking Price Exceptions and credit/rebills.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels in the organization and with external customers.
- Ability to work independently and complete all business projects according to agreed upon timelines.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of medical device business model, customer contracts, inventory logistics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., contracting, business analysts, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.).
- Prior experience in the spine medical device field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an analytics/logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to travel (domestic) up to 10% of the time is required.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
