The VELYS Clinical Experience Specialists will focus on the post-sale launch of VELYS™ technology ensuring customer experience excellence for the digital surgery portfolio in the US. VELYS™ Digital Surgery is our platform of connected technologies leveraging data insights for our patients, surgeons and health care systems - pre-operatively, during surgical planning, and intra and post operatively. The VELYS Clinical Specialists will report directly to the Clinical Manager, Digital Surgery.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain deep clinical knowledge of the VELYS suite of digital surgery products including: Orthopedic Robot, navigation hardware and software, connected patient and provider insights software. In addition to the J&J Medtech Total Joint Reconstruction implant portfolio
- Facilitate customer experiences with the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution and navigation systems for orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, hospital/ASC administration customer groups, and field sales force
- Partner with the Enabling Technology sales team to enable sales activities through the capital sales process
- Support VELYS robotic-assisted solution and navigation surgical cases as necessary within assigned territory
- Occasionally support product demonstrations at national meetings
- Establish relationships with US salesforce, Enabling Technology sales team, and Global VELYS Marketing team to ensure launch strategies are implemented and communicated
- Partner with sales, professional education, and commercial education to accomplish VELYS Digital Surgery yearly goals

Qualifications
- BA/BS
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Uses time and priorities independently
- Interest in Medical Devices, Software, Hospital IT and Video Technology
- Willingness and desire to travel up to 70%
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
Preferred
- Extensive knowledge of orthopedic implants including total knee and total hip systems highly preferred
- Extensive clinical experience preferred in an OR environment
- Extensive clinical experience with robotic surgery
- Prior Joint Reconstruction, Trauma & Extremities, Surgical Sports and/or Spine portfolio management/marketing experience preferred
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
