Job Duties: Provide Supply Chain Quality Excellence support and end-to-end process alignment for DePuy Synthes franchise. Support and deliver with the Supply Chain Quality Excellence engineering group responsible for continuous improvement projects including overall design, investment strategy, operating model, establishment and tracking of KPIs, and standardization of the following key processes vital to design and production management across the DePuy Synthes franchise. Sustain the TQI Methodology, aid people capability development to achieve the 80% automated Bold Aspirational Measurement and other continuous improvement projects, to reduce process variation through standard work and improve Key Process Indicators across DePuy. Drive alignment across Platform Quality Leaders to execute optimization efforts. Set and monitor key performance targets. Manage process improvement implementations. Provide strategic alignment with Product and Process optimization activities. Ensure PEx / Lean tools are used to streamline processes. Ensure comprehensive periodic reviews are conducted on schedule. Ensure key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope. Drive collaboration across functions to provide process solutions that meet customer needs and enable business growth. Own outreach to DPS stakeholders and POC for non-quality teams, escalates to DPS Leaders. Provide outcome-based/value-driven focus to the organization.

Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering Science, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Quality Engineering Leader, DPS Supply Chain Quality Excellence-related occupation.
May telecommute.
