The Program Leader CV is responsible for leading the product and process platform aspects with a focus on technology and project portfolio, within this value stream. Working closely with the Value Stream leader in the orchestration of technical and strategic elements for the value stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap and master plan aligned with the WCH business Product Value Stream (PVSM) objectives in supply reliability, quality, growth, customer service, and cost.
  • Ensure global alignment to enable outstanding technology and process engineering practices across our manufacturing sites.
  • Program leadership and governance of the Product Value Stream (PVSM) project portfolio
  • Collaborate with PVSM leaders, Product Management, Manufacturing Site Leadership, R&D, and other relevant functions to drive end-to-end (E2E) initiatives.
  • Monitor and drive improvements in the business metrics performance as related to the assigned value stream.
  • Lead E2E projects or programs across the PVSM supporting multiple sites.
  • Drive the development and implementation of ground-breaking innovation as well as other major technology improvements over the strategic horizon.
  • Communicate platform portfolio priorities and updates.
  • Cultivate external contacts and forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise.
  • Partner with equipment technology platform leaders and domain experts in the selection of best-in-class equipment and process technologies.
  • Lead and develop technology roadmap for the PVSM
  • Define and implement platform strategies supporting the implementation of engineering and E2E initiatives.
  • Communicate business related issues or opportunities to the next management level.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering or science related field preferred. An advanced degree, such as an MS or an MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience in a business or technical role
  • Knowledge of working and supervising in an FDA medical device regulated industry
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to work effectively to drive alignment in a global environment
  • The ability to manage technology, embrace financial goals, and use customer-focused decision-making
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or Process Excellence certification
  • Project Management/PMP/FPX certification
  • Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biologics manufacturing experience
  • Capable of crafting effective management level presentations, writing formal reports dealing with both technical and business implications, and preparing project plans while identifying and understanding the interrelationships of related teams and key activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; with planning and organization with a focus on attention to details.
  • Experience in driving business strategies implementation with strong influencing skills.
  • Problem solving ability and leadership through investigation with proven critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prudence in handling confidentiality of projects and initiatives. Critical discretion when contacting with outside parties, product development strategies, regulatory, and sales information.

Other:

  • Position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $144,900/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. • Please use the following language:
