The Product Manager will help execute professional education plans for ERLEADA® to ensure optimal customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for congress strategy and execution, developing content to lead peer-to-peer engagements and advisory boards, and working with medical education teams to develop speaker bureau programming. The product manager will work closely with internal partners, field sales, and outside vendors to effectively execute on key commercial activities for ERLEADA®.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
- Lead execution of the professional education plans across the prostate portfolio to ensure optimal customer engagement.
- Partner closely with the PD to shape the future educational plan of our HCPs through development of innovative content and digital approaches.
- Work closely with multiple functions including Sales and Medical Affairs in order to effectively execute key commercial activities.
- Lead the execution and management of the key congresses and sponsorships.
- Collaborate on all Professional Education initiatives - e.g. Speakers Bureau and Advisory Boards initiatives and efforts.
- Lead professional education metrics, budget oversight and measurement execution.
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience
- Experience with project management
- Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
- Sales or customer facing experience
- Product launch experience
