The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute customer experience marketing strategies for CARVYKTI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enable providers and patients to start and stay on our therapies, with specific focus on Multiple Myeloma. The product manager will work closely with internal partners and the brand team to execute and deliver resources that strengthen customer experience for the CARVYKTI.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
- Help lead content development for field team meetings, field team assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
- Align and engage with the Cell Therapy Experience Field Team to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
- Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
- Work with print production and sample agencies to ensure resources to support field efforts and objectives.
- Work closely with Cell Therapy Experience field team to understand and incorporate insight from Treatment Center Coordinators into marketing approach
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience
- Experience with project management
- Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
- Experience in strategic alliance management is preferred
