The Product Director, Transformational Value Strategy will spearhead initiatives within the Supergroup and other channels to drive growth across the Immunology Portfolio, encompassing the Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Dermatology franchises. This leader will navigate the complexities of a rapidly consolidating healthcare ecosystem, developing scalable and impactful solutions that leverage emerging opportunities, including innovative payer-provider (payvider) models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Solutions Development: Identify and test scalable solutions to drive growth, positioning the organization to adapt effectively amidst healthcare ecosystem consolidation.
- Provider Activation Strategy: Design and implement tailored supergroup value initiatives across Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Gastroenterology to enhance provider engagement and activation.
- Value Based Care & Data Analytics Initiatives: Develop and launch scalable Immunology Data Generation Pilots or Value Based Care Models to enable informed decision-making, improve patient outcomes, enhance provider networks and/or expand payer control to optimize therapeutic choices.
- Educational Network Opportunities: Develop and implement strategies to educate and engage healthcare networks.
- PHDM Decision-Maker Strategy: Spearhead the development of Pharmacy Healthcare Decision-Maker (PHDM) key opinion leader strategy.
- Advisory Board Management: Organize and lead advisory boards, ensuring strategic alignment and feedback integration from influential healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
Qualifications
Required:
• B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Sales or sales leadership experience is a preferred
• Market access experience is a preferred.
• Ability to be innovative, creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
• Validated experience launching innovative marketing solutions
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.
• Experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.
• This position may require up to 25% domestic travel.
