This position reports to the Group Product Director, Tremfya HCP Marketing, Dermatology, but has core responsibilities for our current Tremfya Plaque

Psoriasis (PsO) business along with developing and executing the launch strategy for Icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Peer-to-Peer marketing strategy for current Tremfya PsO business while shaping and executing our approach for Icotrokinra, including building, training & evolving our Speaker Bureau
  • Customize brand messaging and lead the development of regional marketing campaigns to address unique customer challenges; tactics could include personal, non-personal, and medical education
  • Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
  • Shape and participate in advisory boards, congresses and attend scientific sessions where needed.
  • Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and outstanding execution of key tactics and deliverables.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.



Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience with successful track record in Marketing, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including FDA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple large-scale events and priorities at once
  • Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
  • Excellent collaboration skills, adept at building effective relationships across various functions and levels. Skilled in identifying risks and problem-solving
  • Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in dermatology and/or peer-to-peer marketing is an asset

Other:

  • Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%
