The Product Analyst for MedTech and Innovative Medicine Deployment Offices will be responsible for leading assessment of current state, documenting desired future state and creating specifications for business solutions. This includes business requirements gathering, current state and "to be" process design, user story generation, user acceptance criteria, prototyping, scope management and issue resolution. The individual will work closely with the business teams, JJT, and CSV teams and other company partners to ensure that deployed solutions are efficient, effective and support goals and objectives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, build detailed business requirements and/or user stories, functional specification and acceptance criteria
- Support/lead design workshops, creation of presentations and business process diagrams to communicate business processes and solutions. Analyze and detail the current state business processes so project partners understand the context and implications of change.
- Oversee the configuration of business systems to reflect the business process design and support the training team in development of end-user training material. Collaborate with the customers, users, and technical resources so the system design adequately reflects the business requirements and customer needs
- Provide post release support and partner with product owner and JJTS to ensure proper product support model is in place
- Provide input to product owner and product line owner on overall product roadmap and strategy
- Acts as a liaison between the JJT project team and the business community; facilitate team interaction as well as nurture IT-business relationships
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably Business, IT or Supply Chain
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- At least 4 years of IT experience
- Experience working in projects using Agile methodology, software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) and development of user stories is required.
- Track record of driving business value through information technology
- Ability to influence, negotiate and connect with both external customers and internal partners
- Experience working with Product Owners to estimate project costs, timelines, and resources for a project
Preferred:
- Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of business strategy and processes, experience working across multiple levels of an organization, leadership skills, crafting context around key business drivers and strategic plan. Proven ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements.
- Experience leading global, multi-location teams is helpful.
- Experience with GxP system design and validation recommended but not required.
- RRDM or business analyst like certification preferred.
Other:
- May require up to 10% domestic and international travel
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
