Ethicon, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a PM Administrator- 1st Shift located in its manufacturing site at San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico.
Under the direction of the Manager Engineer - PM Administrator is responsible issuing and scheduling all the PM activities on facilities, manufacturing and manufacturing support equipment utilizing a validated CMSS

Responsibilities:
- Issuing and scheduling all PM on facilities, manufacturing support equipment.
- Reconcile the returned PM's with the schedule.
- Inspect completed PM Work Orders for review the PM for tolerances, accuracy and completeness, GMP/GLP compliance, signature and dates.
- Issue Corrective Maintenance work orders as needed.
- Issue non-conformance if needed.
- Maintains documented site PM records.
- Archives completed PM document according to document retention policy.
- Notify Department Manager of any corrective actions required as a result of the scheduled Preventive Maintenance.
- Maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management Software.
- Support Ethicon Company during internal, J&J Corporate, BSI, FA audits.
- Review completed PM Work Orders for errors or compliance issues.
- Update and maintain Master PMs, Job Plans needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information System or Associate Degree in Electronics or Electricity is preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in Systems Maintenance is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is required.
- Computer skills and use of software application(s) is required.
