This position provides leadership and supervision to the department shifts for production performance with regards to safety, quality, cost, and conformance to schedule. Primary responsibilities include supervising, developing, and providing direction to assigned operations team ensuring the team provides prompt service to Supply Chain operations using best practices, innovation, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:
- In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations, and corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Supervises individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management of equipment and resources
- Leads the implementation of new processes and procedures that strive to streamline the organization's operations
- Maintains steady workflow and efficiency through implementing quality control processes and resolves operational decisions within the team.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
- Facilitates collaboration between multi-functional teams including engineering, Quality, Plan, etc. to drive business and organizational results.
- Assists with solving day-to-day problems, discrepancies, and investigations of non-conformances.
- Assists with and follows up on addressing internal and external audit findings making sure open action items are given appropriate priority and are addressed as needed.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- Performs other duties assigned as requested by management
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in operations and/or distribution
- Supervisory or team lead role experience
- Previous experience working in a regulated industry, such as Medical Device
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including confidence, transparency, integrity, innovation, passion, patience, and tenacity.
- Knowledge of GMP
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Proven strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strong computer skills, such as proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical skills, interpretation of facts, observations and signals to avoid roadblocks
- Familiarity with JJPS and lean process excellence tools/methodologies
- Ability to gain cooperation of others and lead team members.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)
Other:
- Working hours 12pm-8pm
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 - $124,200/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
