As an Operations Coordinator, you will:
Provide general support and coordination of various activities for the Operations Group. This includes being the ADP and timekeeping Subject Matter Expert for the site, supporting culture centered initiatives, such as, the Credo team, recognition activities, new Operator onboarding, and acting as a backup for the Production Coordinator role.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Timekeeping
o Reviewing all timecards for accuracy, understanding site schedules, pay codes and pay policies to provide accurate oversight and support for employees, supervisors, and managers for the site
o ADP SME - knowledge on pay policies, ADP procedures (schedule changes, creation, etc.) to ensure site accuracy and proper management and use of ADP
o Train Supervisors/Managers on all applicable policies and procedures associated with timekeeping and the ADP system
• Culture Champion
o Support Credo culture team with logistics in partnership with site Admin
o Lead rewards & recognition activities for the site - including monitoring site performance, ensuring fairness and consistency for R&R for site recognition activities (large recognition events), HYPE, Athens Evolution (Heroes & Newsletter), etc.
o Coordinate new Operator onboarding (medical exams, respirator fit tests, equipment, uniforms, familiarization with benefits, etc.)
• Backup Production Coordinator support
o Batch record printing, issuing, and control
o Procurement of Operations Supplies; PO Creation
o TruVault document update and routing
o Campaign Readiness and after action reviews
o Managing other department projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Previous experience in a GMP compliant manufacturing environment preferred
• Prior work experience with purchasing supplies; using SAP (or similar enterprise planning system) and electronic document management systems; and/or participating and leading continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
