The Operations Performance Analyst (OPA) supports the Ethicon Endo Mechanical and Energy Franchises to translate supply chain business needs and requirements into data and information analytics. This role supports the overall Integrated Supplier Management (ISM) team to understand trends, patterns and statistical indicators across internal and external data, to drive strategy in supplier reliability, inventory management and proactive risk resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Understand the opportunities of the business and translate them into the required detailed data analysis and information across supply chain functions.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and trends to identify existing and proactive supply chain risks, to help drive Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) strategy and focus.
- Analyze project data to highlight areas of risk and link projects back to Operational Performance risks.
- Present data findings to multiple functions' part of the supply chain teams including data outcomes, significance and potential actions to address.
- Assist in the development of new metrics and thresholds, as well as recommend modifications to existing metrics to reduce risk and drive actionable results.
- Use business software (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) and basic scripting to perform data analytics, add automation, and build visualizations.
- Support Integrated Supplier Management (ISM) team to provide analytical assessments and assist in improving internal Performance Dashboards.
- Collaborate with Material Supplier Management (MSM) and Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) team to drive standardization of Supplier Performance Metrics through the Component Sales & Operations Planning (cS&OP) process.
- Engages in day-to-day collaboration with technology tools and business partners to maintain an understanding of how the data connects to the process and the requirements.
- Partners with Digital Product Owners on existing and new technology solutions, to influence development and ensure priorities are aligned with business needs.
- Responsible for presenting business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- Interacts and collaborates with other teams and functions, such as:
- Integrated Supplier Management (ISM) team, Material Supplier Management (MSM) team, Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) team
- Collaborates and works with technology and business partners and digital Product Owners.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years validated experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
- Experience in the Medical Device industry or Medical Field.
- Experience in Data Science, Analytics.
- Understanding of manufacturing concepts and related computer systems
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills ability
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Experience in general data applications e.g.: Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is 105000 to 169050.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
