As part of the Network Strategy team, this individual will join the Orthopaedics Supply Chain group. This role will oversee portfolio management and reporting as well as serve strategic support. This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation and flawless execution of strategic initiatives within the Orthopaedics Supply Chain (SC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to support the monthly Finance cycle with Network Strategy leadership, including Business Planning cycles across the portfolio with Finance.
  • Manage monthly reporting metrics and results for capital, expense and value capture across the portfolio in partnership with Orthopaedics SC.
  • Provide strategic support for the Team including governance, team meetings, town halls, and key events.
  • Lead the development and deployment of Business Reviews for Network Strategy, capturing progress toward objectives and delivering value to the organization.
  • Collaborate with Orthopaedics SC and Platforms SI&D/PMO for PMO processes, governance and reporting.
  • Manage initiatives according to aligned timelines while balancing competing demands and varying stakeholder requirements and expectations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex problems and implement solutions that enhance departmental performance.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or University degree is required; focused degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field highly preferred.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional work experience is required
  • Knowledge of end-to-end product supply and distribution in a regulated environment is required
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals is preferred.
  • Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Biologics experience is preferred.
  • Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 91000 to 147200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
