J&J Innovative Medicine Technology (IMT), the Enterprise Technology group supporting all business functions under Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for Manager, Technology Product Management within our Data & Insights Product Group supporting JJIM Commercial Pharma Reporting business. This position's primary location will be in Titusville, New Jersey. At times, this position will require up to 10% travel in NJ/PA area including Raritan NJ, New Brunswick NJ, Horsham PA.

Manager, Technology Product Management position will have specific responsibilities with good/hands on technical skills, delivering high impact analytic products and solutions that address the evolving needs of the Business. The successful leader will shape and deliver a portfolio of data, analytic & forecasting for US Gross to Net (GTN) solutions that drive impact for patients and for J&J. Sound exciting? Read on!

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Responsible for technical decisions in coordination with the Product Owner, for products in IMT GTN Product line portfolio. Work with squads to problem-solve technical challenges and implement solutions,
  • Manage development and review cadence, align tech landscape across squads to promote reusability, scalability and modularity
  • Own the technology lifecycle management and Product API catalog, including the definition, creation, and maintenance of technical interfaces
  • Works with squads Works with squads and other Product Lead Engineers to manage risks and solve, escalate, and track cross-product dependencies and impediments

Solutioning & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end technical process of US Pharma GTN calculations. Define the standards for the product, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes and schedules, testing / validation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, business, IT, and vendor partners, to ensure alignment and accuracy in actual and forecasted GTN.
  • Develop and implement robust data ingestion process/pipelines to track and analyze gross sales, discounts, chargebacks, rebates, and other relevant deductions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Provide necessary technical guidance and support to internal teams in resolving complex issues related to Pharma Gross to Net calculations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, pharma regulations, and technological advancements that can influence Pharma Gross to Net calculations.
  • Collaborates with Data Sciences team to build predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to work with business partners to define and translate business needs into user stories, prioritize product backlog, and define sprint plans.
  • Perform source data analysis, data discovery, collaborate with business and peer teams to synthesize the business rules required for data acquisition and creation of information with context association.
  • Ensure successful business product owner engagement and completion of user acceptance testing.
  • Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s).
  • Focus on Business agility, Agile product delivery with a fail-fast approach and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive product health, technical quality, development, and support services through consistent metrics reporting.
  • Manage lifecycle of products and complete upgrade/decommission strategy as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Math, or equivalent field of study.
  • Minimum of 8 years of technology development (platforms or products)
  • Proven experience leading mid-large product teams, delivering results, demonstrating leadership, influencing skills, and interdependent partnering skills on life sciences or health care projects.
  • Strong, hands-on data management, data engineering and data modeling skills with SQL expertise.
  • Proven experience in leading large data lake/data warehouse platform in direct support of business functions
  • Strong experience in process and data pipeline automation.
  • Experience with managing & supporting SaaS Solutions.
  • Experience with AWS cloud stack and services such as (Redshift, EKS/ECS, S3).
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills, creative and problem solver, with process focus.
  • Agile development experience, SDLC methodology, solid understanding of JIRA.
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively, strategically, with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience crafting technical solutions for business problems; understands both business processes and technical solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with pharma contracting data (Model N), syndicated data and financial data sets.
  • Experience with Python, PySpark, NLP conversational platforms, Tableau, and other BI toolsets.
  • Experience with Financial project implementations in pharma & knowledge in SAP systems.
  • Experience with Gross to Net Optimization & Forecasting, 340 B, IRA highly preferred.
  • Experience or certification on Connected Planning platform (Anaplan) suite of products is a huge plus.
  • Experience/Understanding of SOX process/IT Controls for financial systems
  • Experience with Data Science AI/ML, Forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000- $172,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
