Are you ready to take on an exciting role in a dynamic and evolving space? In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of processes associated with the Marketing Content Review and Approval Process. You will build and implement quality planning and assurance strategies, as well as drive quality control and quality improvement initiatives. The candidate will lead Quality Excellence assurance process and activities within the Promotional Review team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Monitor & Audit process for internal and external audits, developing, managing, and maintaining all Promotional Review Department (PRD) Controlled Documents
  • Develop action plans for resolution of identified issues and avoiding and/or mitigating future quality issues.
  • Serve as the Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) Champion, providing Quality System support, oversight and/or responsibility for timely closure and documentation of Quality Event Management records and Quality-related projects and vendors.
  • Conduct periodic monitoring of approved assets and perform monitoring assessments. Collaborate directly with leadership to respond to and correct any non-conformance issues.
  • Ensure that all project elements adhere to and align to the Content Review & Approval SOPs; documentation of curriculum content, work instructions, training and communication advisories and accurately stored and tagged for easy search & distribution.
  • Key partner in system validation documentation and testing for all configuration changes.
  • Support CAPA Champion Leads in achieving Quality Assurance deliverables.
  • Develop, lead and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring all partners stay up-to-date and well-informed about process and system knowledge.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, with preference for advanced degrees.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum 6 years of proven experience in the healthcare industry Quality Assurance and Compliance.
  • Translate project management principles and their application to implement business processes.
  • Agile approach to continuous improvement.
  • Problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic solutions.
  • Skilled in technology, digital projects, critical metrics, and analytics.
  • Ability to forge positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Promotional Review, Marketing, Sales, Process Excellence, Operations, Regulatory/Healthcare Compliance

Other:

  • Requires up to 10% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 100,000 to 172,500.

  • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
