Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individual and organizational learning needs to tailor training initiatives for Technology's priority skills.
- Design complete blended, learning curriculums aligned to adult learning principals and innovative methodologies.
- Develop Program Assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training offerings and recommend improvements based on feedback and assessments.
- Update and develop digital assets, including assessments and micro-learning content, to enhance the learning experience.
- Partner across teams on the design and development of learning solutions, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the organization.
- Partner with business and Strategy & Operations (S&O) to align training programs with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor and report on training program effectiveness through audits, follow-up assessments, and ongoing evaluation.
- Stay informed on industry trends in learning and development to continuously enhance program offerings.
- Establish strong relationships across internal departments and with external vendors to enhance learning initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Proven experience in training and development in a corporate environment with a focus on instructional design and program evaluation.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and instructional design software, for example Articulate Storyline, 7 Taps, Camtasia, Captivate, Walk Me, NovoEd.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (MS Suite, Zoom, Mural, whiteboards, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and analyze program effectiveness.
- Strong learning consultant skills, identifying business and performance problems which may have a learning intervention component to support solutioning.
- Proven problem-solving, project management, and planning experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and training needs assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience conducting presentations in a corporate learning environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

- Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
