Manager, Field Operations - Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) / Field Access and Affordability Solutions (FAAS) - Horsham, PA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support operations aligned to key field reimbursement execution initiatives (e.g., product launches, technology enhancements, team structure).

• Collaborate across departments to create the ideal leverage across all FRM teams

• Develop operational insights and actionable recommendations to influence business partners at all levels in decision-making.

• Identify and communicate innovative learning and development opportunities to enhance operational enablement tools and training curriculum.

• Collaborate with peers, National Directors, and Associate Directors to ensure consistency, leverage resources, and share best practices.

• Ensure compliance with HCC, Regulatory, and Company guidelines when facilitating content and conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards.

• Ensure the field reimbursement processes, tools, and systems optimize patient access to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine therapies and comply with regulations and internal policies.

• Demonstrate ability to measure success and use metrics for QBRs and Monthly reporting.

• Facilitate workshops at National and District meetings by coordinating efforts, materials, and participants to maximize engagement and enhance field learning.

• Identify and communicate innovative learning and development opportunities to enhance operational enablement tools and training curriculum.

• Ensure training content and materials comply fully with HCC, Regulatory, and Company guidelines and receive appropriate approvals.

Qualifications

Required

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in sales, field reimbursement, marketing, commercial operations, or training functions.
• Expertise with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, and platform skills.
• Strong knowledge of field reimbursement dynamics, market access principles, and universal rules of engagement.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Sales Force, Veeva, or similar applications is a plus.
• This hybrid position is based in Horsham, PA, and/or Titusville, NJ, and requires up to 25% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
