The Leader, Business Architect will align GTM's strategies, process, data and technology solutions to achieve its intended outcomes, while ensuring solutions are efficient, effective and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key partners to define and document business requirements and success outcomes for new initiatives
- Champion business need(s) and prioritization to a cross-functional Digital Orchestration team
- Design integrated solutions that blend people, process, technology & data
- Analyze existing business processes to proactively identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement
- Create and maintain a comprehensive view and mapping of GTM's capabilities
- Ensure that solutions and initiatives align with strategic direction, standards and prioritized outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative practices
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive product / digital / process experience
- Experience translating complex business needs into executable plans and requirements
- Experience with Talent / Learning technology solutions
- In-depth knowledge of talent / learning business processes
- Working on projects where significant change was implemented
- Balancing cross-functional business processes and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrable track record to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and the ability to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans
Preferred:
- Leading enabling learning, recruiting, performance, or development technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Agile methodology + Design Thinking
- Global role or environment with understanding and appreciation for regional differences
Other:
- This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ or Orlando, FL full-time and may require up to 10% travel, both domestic and international.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
