The Product Analyst will work in partnership with key business partners and the technical team to translate business needs into clearly and easily understood agile user stories. The main focus will be on MedTech CRM capabilities and ensuring the acceptance criteria is delivered successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the team using Jira
  • Build use cases, user stories, visualization, and process flows
  • Understand, refine, and validate the 'Voice of Customers' (VOC) - business challenges, opportunities, and risks with stakeholders; challenge stakeholders on their assumptions, understand "why", and distinguish needs from wants
  • Be the requirements subject matter expert representing stakeholders; ensure details of processes are documented, understood, and vetted with stakeholders and project teams
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize requirements, define and evaluate potential solutions, and propose quick fixes when appropriate
  • In partnership with product owners, maintain a deep understanding of strategic business goals to ensure that the backlog priorities are aligned with business needs
  • Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provide documentation and participate in compliance activities as required
  • Support UAT testing and ensure capabilities are deployed successfully
  • Support post-deployment launch activities (bug and enhancement backlog stories)


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis experience using common industry frameworks
  • Direct experience as a business analyst in multiple cross-functional process improvement initiatives
  • Proven experience driving consensus across multiple stakeholders from different business functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, team members, and management
  • Ability to understand technical jargon and communicate it in layman's terms
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, documenting user requirements/user stories for development of software
  • Demonstrates ability to challenge the status quo and continuously innovate through experimentation (test & learn)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability of accurately analyzing situations and reaching productive decisions based on informed judgment
  • Leadership, collaboration, communication and analytical skills are required

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years business analyst work experience within CRM
  • MedTech Industry Experience
  • Knowledge in SAFE agile, HPT, program increment process

Other:

  • Requires up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites/locations

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
