POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team. The Finance Team plays a key role by partnering with the business to provide actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics. We are looking for a motivated & results driven analyst to provide a deep level of support to the business on budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting and analysis. This role will also drive improvements to our reporting & analysis to better support the business or create efficiencies. In addition, the role will support monthly and quarterly management reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly support R&D Engineering organization including VP of Engineering, direct staff & programs through reporting, analysis, budgeting & forecasting.

• Dive deep into expenses to highlight potential areas of improvement

• Support monthly and quarterly management reporting through creation of reports and presentations

• Support Forecast processes through developing reporting to track forecast process toward achievement of financial targets

• Support cost center managers through monthly reporting, review of results, development of

• forecasts, accruals, and use of SAP including PO's & CAPEX processes. Be integral team member in development of new financial planning software and stabilization of financial reporting software

• Diagnose & troubleshooting issues for existing reporting if they arise in new reporting tool; solicit employee feedback on improvements & develop those improvements

• Partnership within the R&D Finance team on all matters reporting and consolidation, as well as with the broader finance team in US, DE and Japan.

• Ensure SOX controls and GAAP compliance standards are fully met for all processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in accounting, management, finance, or a related quantitative discipline

• A minimum of 4 years' FP&A experience is required

• Experience using Adaptive Insights preferred or other financial reporting software is preferred

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively is required

• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively achieve results is required

• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are required

• Proven ability to work independently and appropriately plan, prioritize, and communicate progress on multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment is required

• Demonstrate big picture thinking while balancing with appropriate attention to detail, confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment in delivering business outcomes is required

• Proficiency to network, collaborate and generate consensus effectively in a complex environment, possessing strong social skills, promoting inclusion, and building trusting relationships with business partners across all cultures and levels of the organization is required

• This position is located in Danvers, MA and may require up to 10% travel. This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week.

The base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,600

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
