The Key Account Manager, Neuroscience will:
Operates as an expert in behavioral health both clinically and within geographical market environments. Maintains a deep understanding of customer needs, ecosystem operations, patient flow, access, and reimbursement within assigned geography
- Identifies and develops strategies to address barriers to access
- Applies quantitative and qualitative assessments, develops insights that informs strategic plans to capitalize on local market opportunities
- Ensures strategic alignment to both short and long-term customer business objectives and aligns internal resources to address stakeholder needs
- Collaborates on plan development, aligns on responsibilities, and holds local coalition team accountable for plan execution.
- Identifies, engages in, and develops relationships with key individual stakeholders who influence care within behavioral health marketplace and systems
- Delivers education on market access and operational requirements to support patient access
- Delivers and ensures understanding of the appropriate Value Proposition in Provider/Payer Accounts
- Collaborates, partners, and leads action planning with internal stakeholders including field, home office, neuroscience, and other functions to meet/execute brand marketing strategies, manage pull-through, and appropriately leverage company resources
- Leads without authority within cross functional teams
- Consistently adheres to all company compliance guidelines and updates

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 134000 to 192050.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/account management experience
- Ability to maintain a high level of clinical knowledge on schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depression, TRD and other therapeutic areas in the behavioral healthcare environment
- Ability to possess and maintain an understanding of key influencers in healthcare and demonstrate ability to communicate market trends related to the impact on the customer landscape beyond just the Neuroscience promoted therapeutic areas
- Ability to analyze marketplaces and develop strategic marketplace insights
- Ability to collaborate, lead, and influence a cross functional team
- Ability to travel, which may include overnight / weekend travel, up to 50% of the time
- Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic area
- Experience and a deep understanding of the reimbursement landscape for pharmaceuticals and/or devices with sophisticated delivery systems, including pharmaceutical benefit and medical benefit (buy and bill) reimbursement
- Pharmaceutical account management experience (IDNs, large independent hospitals, large multi-million-dollar standalone accounts)
- A Master's Degree in a related field or an MBA
