As a Manager of Global Track & Trace and Serialization Products, this role will set the vision, strategic objectives, and roadmap to ensure compliance with serialization regulations worldwide. This role requires a thorough understanding of serialization within the context of an Innovative Medicine business. Responsible for end-to-end value delivery and realization of serialization products, working closely as a strategic partner with technology and business leadership teams.
This leadership position,
- Will foster a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring a connected and cohesive global strategy for Innovative Medicine Serialization products.
- Will lead a team of individual contributors in the design, development, configuration, and support of the SAP ATTp Serialization Technology platform, establishing methodologies based on proven research for the Functional Engineering team.
- Will oversee the production support of SAP ATTp serialization and traceability applications across the EMEA, ASPAC, NA, and LATAM regions, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, goals, objectives, and roadmap for serialization products and platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape strategic demand and align business and technology strategies to support technology delivery.
- Work collaboratively with business teams and third-party partners to deploy digital technology products that enhance manufacturing operations through serialization, driving ongoing improvements.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement throughout the serialization product lifecycle. Engage with Smart Operations and Supply Chain product squads to define, deliver, and implement innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy across teams.
- Oversee and manage a cross-product roadmap for global serialization products, including release planning, informing the product backlog, and resolving dependencies and resource conflicts.
- Establish and track metrics to measure the value generated by serialization products, including end-user KPIs, product performance, team health, and product maturity. Facilitate the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to drive insights and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the portfolio manager and business units to continually assess resource needs and manage financial aspects of Supply Chain technology across regions.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years SAP Supply chain experience, with a focus on SAP ATTp is required
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices is required, specifically make/deliver/logistics
- Experience with vendor management processes
- Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP ATTp is required
- Experience in the integration with other echo systems such as SAP ECC/S4 HANA is highly preferred
- Experience in ITSM and application support management is preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Experience with Agile Methodology for Implementation is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels within company is required
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
