Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) is seeking an experienced IT Lead to support Service Maintenance and Operations for ERP Business Services in North America. This position will be part of the TS-ERP organization and will report to the Senior Manager of Service Management ERP Services. The incumbent will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical North American ERP platforms, ensuring efficient recovery of services in case of disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Services & Platform Management: Accountable the management and performance of ERP platforms.
  • Request Management: Handle the entire lifecycle of service requests from users, including approval, evaluation, fulfillment, and closure.
  • Event Management: Detect, log, and respond to events, ensuring appropriate control actions are taken.
  • Incident and Outage Management: Address incidents and outages, serving as the escalation point for vendors and coordinating with the DCC on major incidents.
  • Application Security Management: Implement security measures to protect internal and customer information, including access controls and threat management.
  • Continuous Service Improvement: Monitor and analyze IT operations quality, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure readiness and appropriate use of knowledge across incident and service request management.
  • Vendor and Business Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and collaborators, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Technology Product Owners, developers, SaaS vendors, and architects to enhance application reliability and performance.
  • Production Readiness: Conduct reviews and ensure operational capacity aligns with business criticality.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Must have 4-6 years in IT/Operations, supporting ERP (SAP) and planning systems (OMP), with a solid grasp of application, platform and architecture knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Required to have Oracle knowledge and familiarity with non-SAP technologies (e.g., Informatica, Tableau, Data Lake, Cognos) and monitoring or supporting security controls within an SAP environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong systematic problem-solving skills with a sense of accountability and ownership.
  • ITIL Expertise: Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and release management is required.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop collaboration and drive results through others.
  • Independence & Project Management: Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
