Janssen Pharmaceuticals, of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting a Group Product Director, Neuroscience Digital Marketing located in Titusville, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance channel marketing and training team within a matrixed organization.
  2. Channel Marketing : Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and lead KAM resources development to drive product performance, focusing on delivering clinical, operational, and economic value to Population Health Decision Makers.
  3. KAM Training: Lead learning and development initiatives for the KAM team to enhance effectiveness and execution with key decision-makers.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and strategic insights to shape channel strategies, track performance, and optimize outcomes.
  5. Strategic Planning: Essential leader in the creation of business plans, leader of the tactical channel marketing strategies, and budget management, ensuring seamless coordination with the broader Neuroscience franchise.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Key Account Management (KAM), Market Access, Real World Evidence, Customer Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Policy teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand and TA Objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical commercial roles, including 2 years in Market Access or Key Account Marketing and people leadership experience.
  2. Leadership: Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment, drive strategic thinking, and influence cross-functional teams.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, data-driven decision-making, vendor management, and negotiation capabilities.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $142k to $245k. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
