Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an expert for all activities related to inbound and outbound inventory logistics and compliance within our connected systems
• Provide efficient process improvements and management of day-to-day logistics between Enabling Technologies and our Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• OTC and 3PL system SME
• Serve as key contributor to all OTC, inventory management, data clean-up and strategy changes, serving in both advisory and tactical
• Serve as the Commercial liaison with our Transcend Partners to prepare for US Commercial's inclusion with S4 with our Commercial Strategy and systems
• Manage and improve process for reconciling inventory discrepancies between physical state to ensure accuracy with SAP, 3PL systems, and other systems
• Advise on all SAP and 3PL connections/inputs/outputs to ensure national consistency with catalog, inventory transfers, order consistencies, replenishment, etc.
• Align inventory optimization objectives with J&J cash flow initiatives and with DPS strategic projects
• Serve as liaison and work cross-functionally to provide valuable, impactful, and clear communication to COSE organization and other key partners regarding inventory, OTC management and processes
• Drive strategic, technical, and tactical initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness across inventory operations.
• Provide/validate data for reporting purposes as needed
• Liaison to other inventory optimization efforts including but not limited to Skyline, RFID Tagging and Audit.
• Works cross-functionally to provide valuable, impactful, and clear communication to business partners
• Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc.
• Collaborate across J&J E2E supply chain partners, Distribution Excellence, Planning, Transportation, IT & DT, Customer Service, Sales.
• Drive strategic, technical, and tactical initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across outbound operations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant and directly applicable experience considered

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 6 years business experience in logistics, data analytics, commercial operations, and/or related experience required
  • Extensive orthopedic product and product lifecycle knowledge required
  • Deep understanding of inventory analysis with BOM data experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and/or Alteryx required
  • Strong data literacy inclusive of data management, data analysis, data cleansing, and data excellence required
  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external partners
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 6 years business experience in logistics, data analytics, commercial operations, and/or related experience required
  • Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and partners

• Significant experience manipulating large data sets for organization, tactical and presentation/visual opportunities

Preferred:

  • Experience with process improvement

• Validated understanding of enterprise resource platforms and inventory management systems

• Experience working in highly regulated environments

• Sales or Sales Support role experience

Other:

  • This role may require up to 30% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 91000 to 147200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
