Position Overview:

The Field Sales Network team is focused on increasing Sales Force Effectiveness and improving Cash Flow via a network of Sales Offices.

This role is for a Quality Lead who, under general supervision, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws / regulations, and the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines, will lead the Quality related elements for the Field Sales Network under a Sales Quality Management System in close partnership with the Quality organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead all Quality related activities for the Field Sales Network
  • Lead execution activities related to creating, maintaining, revising, and routing Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Own quality metrics for all Field Sales Network Sales Offices and their day to day operations
  • Support activities related to Quality Investigations, Commitment Records, Change Controls, Stop Shipments assuring timely execution of all requirements
  • Lead activities related to good documentation practices for Field Sales Network locations
  • Provide general support to the Operations teams as needed, including but not limited to training documentation, EHS&S initiatives, expiry management, inventory management protocols, monthly compliance reporting, etc.
  • Assists with audit preparation, support and reconciliation activities along with execution on cycle counts
  • Provides overall support and coverage to the Field Sales Network organization
  • Presents on project status, key performance metrics, and escalations to key stakeholders
  • Communicate with other company departments regarding product dispositions and potential problems
  • Travel to/support Field Sales Network sites as required
  • Support and give input towards special projects as required by manager


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent degree, required

Required Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Relevant work experience, including experience working under a quality management system
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Proven ability following policies, SOPs, regulations, and legal requirements
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Orthopedic loaner process / program or hospital sterile processing experience
  • Experience with procedure training and coaching
  • Validated understanding of enterprise resource platforms and warehouse management systems
  • Experience Working in highly regulated industries.
  • Agile operations ability and capability to manage or support projects.
  • Experience with Quality related to Sales and Operations
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Transportation systems (TMS) experience

Other:

  • 25% domestic travel to other sites as needed is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $58,000 to $93,150. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
