A deep understanding of CRM system integration with enterprise platforms is crucial. Your expertise will be central in developing and promoting technical standards that ensure functionality and scalability. By staying ahead of advancements in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and new technologies, you'll ensure that the organization is ready for future shifts.

You'll also guide the development of roadmaps that support continuous integration and delivery while working closely with DevOps and data teams. This role demands balancing strategic vision with hands-on expertise, ensuring that decisions are practical and applicable in real-world scenarios. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the technical architecture of the CRM platform, ensuring integration with broader enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Provide mentorship to architects and technical leaders, ensuring that technical standards are met.
  • Develop and promote architectural frameworks that prioritize security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to align technical architecture with business goals, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Lead efforts to stay ahead of technological advancements in CRM, Azure, and Power Platform to ensure future readiness.


Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on CRM systems required.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting and guiding the strategic direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, integrating enterprise ecosystems required.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and its integration with Dynamics 365 required.
  • Experience in integrating CRM systems with Supply Chain/ERP systems and enterprise data platforms, particularly in a MedTech context required
  • Confirmed leadership experience mentoring architects and driving alignment with enterprise-wide standards.
  • Experience in leading large-scale CRM implementations, preferably in healthcare or MedTech, with certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure highly desirable.
  • Expertise in architectural governance, with the ability to define and promote standards across various product groups.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with engineers, product teams, and technical experts to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

This position may require up to 25% travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
