The Experienced Analyst for Regulatory Operations and Digital Innovation (RODI) RA Portfolio is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Establish and lead a Project Management Capability to monitor and guide each initiative, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes. Define metrics and KPIs to measure progress and regularly report to stakeholders.

Collaborate with leaders to identify and mitigate risks associated with portfolio initiatives, creating risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Collaborate with initiative leaders to identify if an escalation is necessary for the initiatives, creating communication for the escalation, any mitigation strategies, impacts and contingency plans that would be delivered to stakeholders.

Ensure the alignment of project initiatives with organizational strategic goals by engaging in discussions with senior leaders for continued support.

Continuously improve the portfolio's governance model, identifying areas for optimization and maximizing portfolio value.

Value Realization:

Collaborate with leaders to identify key value drivers and construct compelling business cases for each portfolio initiative, quantifying potential benefits such as cost savings, enhanced efficiency, user experiences and stakeholder satisfaction improvements.

Monitor and track benefits realization for each initiative, comparing actual benefits achieved against projected benefits.

Effectively communicate the value created by portfolio initiatives to key stakeholders, crafting reports and presentations that clearly demonstrate realized benefits and their impact on organizational goals.

Change Management Involvement:

Assist in developing change management plans for process, data, and technology initiatives within the portfolio. This includes assessing organizational readiness, assisting in communication strategies, and contributing to necessary training programs for impacted stakeholders.

Support initiative leads in conveying changes to stakeholders through clear and concise messaging that highlights the benefits and impacts on the organization.

Assist in processes to measure and monitor change impacts within the portfolio, evaluating the effectiveness of change management plans and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science related field.

Experience in leading projects.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Work Environment:

The Experienced Analyst, RA portfolio typically works in an office environment but may also have a flexibility to work arrangement. This role may involve occasional travel.

Additional Information:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 to $143,750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. •

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
