You will play an essential role in facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that all validation activities for interfaces and integrations are completed on time, meet business requirements, and comply with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validation Tracking & Test Progress:
- Lead the tracking and reporting of validation progress during the testing phase, ensuring all interface validations between SAP S/4HANA and external ecosystems (e.g., MES, WMS, PLM, CRM) are thoroughly tested and completed on schedule.
- Monitor test execution status, tracking progress against timelines, test cases, and success criteria.
- Identify and highlight any testing delays or issues, working proactively with the teams to resolve impediments and keep the testing phase on track.
- Ensure that any blockers or impediments impacting the testing progress are escalated and addressed promptly, in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tracking tools to communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Act as the Scrum Master you will support the BTP team ensuring build plan from functional teams and ecosystem teams are met, including testing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote agile best practices, ensuring that teams remain focused and aligned with the program's goals and timelines.
- Help resolve any cross-functional team challenges or roadblocks to ensure smooth testing and integration efforts.
- Communicate sprint progress, blockers, and risks to leadership and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
- End-to-End Validation:
- Ensure that all interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and the connected ecosystem under proper validation.
- Collaborate with functional, business, and technical teams to ensure that validation efforts align with Testing team processes
- Deployment Support:
- Assist in the deployment coordination for integrations between S/4HANA and external systems, ensuring that all validation steps are complete before deployment.
- Monitor the progress of post-deployment validation and troubleshooting, ensuring all systems continue to perform as expected.
- Track any post-deployment issues and ensure that validation and resolution activities are completed in alignment with the deployment schedule.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecosystem integration, ERP implementations, or similar projects.
- 2+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master, preferably in an ERP-related environment.
- Experience in software validation
- Familiar with large-scale ERP integration and deployment projects, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integration testing, including data integrity, system interfaces, and business process flows between systems.
- Familiarity with testing tools, project tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and best practices for validation in highly regulated environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum/Agile certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems and their integration with external ecosystems (MES, WMS, PLM, etc.).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in using project and test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350.
Bonus Language (INCLUDE IF APPLICABLE TO THE POSITION): - The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
