The Director is focused on developing and accelerating current and future generations of diverse and inclusive Supply Chain Functional leaders, and enabling coaches, influencers and thought leaders to advance our capabilities and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and articulate the strategic vision for Leadership Development and manage execution against meaningful goals and metrics.
- Identify, research, and implement best practice learning solutions and technologies to drive consistent organizational learning and performance.
- Partner with and serve as advisor to leadership teams to identify key competencies and gaps for business-critical roles. Develop plans and key programs to close gaps and build critical capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with regional HR, talent councils and business leaders to ensure; selection of the right talent for the programs, active engagement with participants and supervisors during programs, and focused Talent talks post programs.
- Lead team Deliver GOLD, STAR, CompassEQLD, and Plant Leader Development Program with action learning projects addressing business issues/challenges.
- Establish a scaffolding in SCE for Coaches, Influencers and Thought Leaders.
- Develop and deliver ROI on learning solutions against business metrics and the customer experience.
- Inspire and assist others to reach their full potential including team members and successors.
- Drive innovative, bite-size, and measurable learning solutions with a focus on continuous and multigenerational upskilling/ reskilling.
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's degree in Education is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills across cultures and levels of the organization.
- Ability to build outstanding working relationships across the team and with business leaders to influence the decision-making process.
- Dynamic and creative problem solver that effectively oversees the execution of complex initiatives, while not shunning the day-to-day operational issues that need to be solved to ensure a strong internal customer focus.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading Learning and Development curriculum development, instructional design, implementation, and facilitation.
- Creative, innovative approach to developing employees with a strong understanding of development for a diverse global employee base.
Preferred:
- Experience in designing and implementing learning strategies with a focus on improving leadership capability, talent strategies and organizational learning.
- Previous supply chain work experience.
Other:
- This position may require from a 25% to 30% of domestic and/or international travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
