The Director, Strategic Insights and Analytics will be at the forefront of integrating powerful insights and analytics for the Bladder markets. This crucial role will involve not only forecasting, marketing research, and business intelligence, but also translating this wealth of information into actionable strategies that will make a tangible impact on our business. This individual will be the driving force behind turning data into growth opportunities. Partner closely with brand or franchise leadership and serve as a strategic consultant to the Sales and Marketing team and senior franchise leaders. This position will play a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development of new and existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance for strategic and business plans, forecasts, brand strategies, and new product launch plans within the Bladder markets.
  • Lead efforts in understanding market trends and opportunities through insight generation in forecasting, analytics, market research, and business intelligence.
  • Integrate analytics from various sources to evaluate marketing and sales tactics.
  • Develop top-notch dashboards to uncover patterns and trends for long-term business success.
  • Apply Commercial Innovation capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to drive impact in areas like payer/provider insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate in designing brand and franchise strategies for sales optimization and field reporting.
  • Determine optimal analytic approaches considering resources and project goals.
  • Champion the development of innovative research and analytics methods.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess their impact on business strategies.
  • Lead talent strategy, including acquisition, development, and performance management.
  • Inspire and empower the team to excel with speed, agility, and accountability.
  • Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships to uncover important needs.
  • Promote a culture based on organizational values and serve as a role model for decision-making.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree (Master's, MBA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of practical business experience in marketing, finance, and/or business analytics is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of people management experience and a proven track record with talent development and empowering an accountable team is required.
  • Management consulting experience is required.
  • Business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies required.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions is required.
  • Diversity of experience with demonstrated learning agility to be able to move across different types of markets is preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have proven analytical skills and learning agility to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions.
  • Must have a broad perspective on management and the capacity to think strategically.
  • This position will require up to 10% domestic travel.
