J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Director Strategic Insights & Analytics for Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS), based in Titusville NJ.
The Director of Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) for Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions, is responsible for leading a team of individuals in analytics and market research focused on patient and customer programs across J&J Innovative Medicine franchises. This position will be the SIA point of contact for the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions teams and will partner cross-functionally with the Strategy Analytics and Transformation team members to identify opportunities to enhance, monitor, and streamline the Patient and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement strategies supporting insights for PECS business partners based on key priorities and goals
- Lead efforts for comprehensive assessment of patient and customer focused programs inclusive of perceptions, execution, advanced analytics, and impact metrics.
- Understand the end-to-end patient journey and define market research and data strategies that will help support the business needs, while minimizing friction for the patient and customers.
- Monitor fulfillment, persistency and programs across therapeutic areas and brining insights to business leaders
- Present complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner effectively communicating recommendations to cross functional teams and brand teams.
- Manage budget ensuring activities are aligned to answering business questions and providing insights
- Lead talent strategy, including acquisition, development, and performance management.
- Inspire and empower the team to excel with speed, agility, and accountability.
- Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships to uncover important needs.
- Promote a culture based on organizational values and serve as a role model for decision-making.
- Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise business strategies.

Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree desirable
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Applicants must have at least 10 years of practical business experience in marketing, finance, or business analytics, as well as management consulting or related fields.
- Business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies are required.
- A minimum of 2 years of people management experience is required in addition to a proven track record with talent development and empowering an accountable team.
- Proven analytical skills and learning agility to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions required.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.
- Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.
Preferred:
- Diversity of experience is preferred, with demonstrated learning agility to be able to move across different types of markets.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
- Candidates must have a broad perspective on management, a strong grasp of business knowledge, and the capacity to think strategically.

Job will require approximately 10% travel (domestic)
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
