Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Director, Enterprise Product Coaching within the JJT Strategy & Operations ePMO where you will demonstrate your extensive practical Digital Product Management and agile expertise to solve real world problems, guiding leaders and teams to understand, embrace and evangelize new ways of working. You will support the change management of the overall digital product transformation in coaching JJT and business leaders to drive the culture change. With support from seasoned leaders, you will play an integral role in influencing product coaching strategies to build a world class coaching organization that will reach over 4,000 JJT employees and contractors - as well as business partners; As leader of a new coaching group, you will be critical in developing growth strategy and insights with other coaches. You will be the key underpinning to all coaching activities, setting coaching priorities, mentoring the other product coaches and training the organization, including leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring your real-world digital product management and agile experience to the enablement organization to help build a viable community of product coaches and practitioners throughout the enterprise
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled product coaches to inject into J&J digital product teams
  • Work with digital product leaders and teams throughout the enterprise to ensure relentless drive for customer focused outcomes using data to gather greater insights
  • Coach and mentor product teams to leverage appropriate principles such as product mindset, agile principles, human-centered design principles, and frameworks to deliver high value products and capabilities
  • Enable and inspire a collaborative and empowered culture to promote greater business agility
  • Through coaching soft skills, build trust, evaluate team's current practices /methodologies, and recommend appropriate next steps to achieve greater business agility
  • Develop and influence learning strategies; design and develop facilitator-lead materials
  • Develop insights, internal tools, and processes that facilitate scaling for our portfolio of products
  • Assess product delivery maturity, educating and mentoring to identify trends and opportunities for strategic improvement
  • Practice a balanced strategy for ambitious change and incremental, systemic improvements
  • Develop success measures to track outcomes and strategies to develop trust, confidence, partnership and impact
  • Collaborate with external thought leaders and peer networks to identify emerging trends and best practices to enable continuous improvement


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's level degree is required, preferably in a Technical (Computer Science, Information Science) or Business area of study

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • To be truly effective, needs to be servant leader who has been Digital Product Manager or Senior Product Leader, has coached other coaches, and has the experience of transformation
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive professional work experience required; Including five years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or Senior Product Leader; And at least three years of experience in product strategy and delivery, coaching, and people development skills
  • Effective coach - excellent communicator, exudes patience and loves to teach others
  • Experienced people leader (3+ years)
  • Skilled in Digital Product Strategy & Discovery, OKR Creation and Tracking, and Digital Product Vision and Roadmaps
  • Demonstrable work experience in helping product leaders to create an environment conducive to supporting empowered product teams delivering great results
  • Experience in helping product leaders and leaders align priorities to the overall business goals and product strategies
  • Proven experience in building relationships with leaders across the organization to influence and inspire change
  • Strong customer and marketplace focus, negotiation and influencing skills are required
  • Proven leadership and influencing competencies along with strong intuition for business, preferably gained through multi-sector and global experiences
  • Ability to understand and navigate the complexities of operating in a matrix global framework is required, along with the capability to implement flawlessly in high stress/fast paced environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and learning agility are key for this role
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written and through different types of technology and media are required
  • Proven ability to be highly collaborative & flexible - comfortable navigating through ambiguity with a diplomatic approach
  • Able to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and reprioritize accordingly

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
