We're looking for a Product Owner to join our team to lead and deliver highly reliable, high-quality data & analytics solutions for our organization. We seek a creative problem solver who collaborates with business partners and domain experts to bring forth new insights, challenges the status quo, and champions innovation to enable our business.

As a Digital Product Owner, you will be able to grow your skills in Agile development and Collaborator influence by taking technical ownership in the delivery of digital solutions to for DPS Supply Chain.

This product owner role will require you to work effectively in a Global multi-functional team environment, in which you will lead teams in brainstorming solutions, developing practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and leading change. In this role you will get the opportunity to lead the development digital products that drive value for the business and manage the collaboration between key business partners and technical team to identify and define product requirements (E2E). You will have the opportunity to drive a culture of continuous improvement and standard methodologies in the UX/UI design of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical ownership in the delivery of digital Project/Epic to support the digital capability pipeline and for DPS Supply Chain.
  • E2E Project Managements responsibility incorporating (Budget/Resource/Schedule/Value/Risk Management/Communication)
  • Work effectively in a Global multi-functional team environment, brainstorm solutions, develop practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and lead change.
  • Orchestrate feedback cycles between business owners and technical team, using an iterative approach to drive maximum value to the customer.
  • Motivate and coach team to operational success / Drive culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive Internal / External Change Management to support Pipeline Value creation and project delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of new ways to improve the sharing of organizational information.
  • Applying Agile methodology this role will lead by identifying product requirements (E2E) by working with key business partners.
  • Working closely with the business to manage the development of product 'user stories' through the product software development cycle.
  • Driving standard process work with internal and external technical team to influence the architectural and UX/UI design of digital products.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies in respect to all safety, QSR and environmental issues.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems or a similar field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of digital product develop experience or similar initiatives.
  • Strong data/digital literacy in conjunction with data visualization experience.
  • Experience in Agile software development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage a technical staff.
  • Leadership experience in orchestrating cross functional matrix teams.
  • Must be able to effectively connect with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability Influence/collaborate with cross functional collaborators to support business goals.

Preferred:

  • Existing Product Owner / Project Management Experience
  • Experience of working in Cross Functional / Matrixed organization
  • Experience in working in SDLC /Agile wow
  • GxP and Non GxP SDLC experience
  • Knowledge of data governance and data security standard processes.
  • MS Power Platform / power apps experience
  • Certifications in cloud data technologies (eg. Azure Data Fundamentals)

Other:

  • English language required.
  • May require travel 10-20% of time based on project locations.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is 90000 to 144900.
  • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
