The objective of this position is to support the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its supporting systems for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The WMS and its family of systems are integral to J&J's ability to service its customers and patients. The Network supports over $13 Billion in sales annually. This role acts as the key connection point between operations and IT tying the tactical day to day needs to strategic priorities using People, Process, Automation, and Technology to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Change Management Strategies: Design and implement change management strategies that align with organizational goals and support successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders throughout the change process, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
- Communication Planning: Create and execute communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged during the change process.
- Training and Support: Develop training programs and materials to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate changes effectively.
- Resistance Management: Analyze and address resistance to change at all levels, fostering a culture that embraces growth and adaptation ensuring all levels of the organization live into the change.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular reports to leadership on progress and outcomes. Highlight potential risks early and often.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, 3PL Partners, Operations and other departments to ensure coordinated efforts in change initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Experience constructing, implementing, and maintaining Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)
- Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
- Proven track record to work multi-functionally.
Preferred:
- E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations
- Medical Device sector/industry experience
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in Ethicon, Endo &CSS Supply Chain processes
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Agile or Water Fall SDLC Methodology knowledge and experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications
Other:
- Ability to travel 5-25%* or more of the time (project key points), domestic required.

- The anticipated salary range for this role is $91,000-$147,200
- The company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
