By joining the J&J La Jolla Campus Management team, you would be shaping and implementing some aspects of the site marketing and branding strategy to engage our local workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and shooting employee videos for digital communications.
- Creating campus internal communication materials such as Power Point templates, document templates, campus portal images, etc. that increase the value of our campus business and culture.
- Contributing to campus employee engagement campaigns.
- Strengthening the campus internal social media page (Viva Engage).
- In partnership with Campus Management team, build engagement campaign for the La Jolla Internship Enrichment Program.
- Connect with and provide communication materials for onsite interns.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- Completion of Undergraduate Sophomore year at an accredited University.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
- Video Production (shooting/editing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Platforms (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
- Must be enrolled in university during the internship period
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of our workforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Candidates must have authorization to work in the US.
Other:
- This position is based in San Diego, California.
- This is a hybrid onsite position (3 days/week onsite; 2 day/week remote).
- No travel required.
